职责描述:
. To controll customer IQC F/R balance
. To reduce SDC F/R and RMA from customer production site
. To balance between customer VOC and internal requests
. To build a good relationship with the customer
. To support backup for any quality issues issued by customer
. To reduce the quality cost
. PCN, DOE, and other requests from customer / SDC internal
. To ahcieve customer satisfaction
. To confirm defects and provide initial solutions
. To drive factory to improve the quality and provide corrective actions
. Customer data analysis understanding and reporting
任职要求:
. Need understanding about Display field and technologies especially OLED
. Prefer to have experiences of display CS or working with Apple
. English communication and data analysis skills are required
