职位描述

现场质量信息的收集和统计，每周对不合格品进行统计分析，制定持续改进计划。负责日常生产线产品质量管理，及时处理与产品质量相关的过程问题，分析统计报废品的产生原因，并协调各部门人员协调处理监督产品审核及过程审核，收集记录审核问题点，并推进问题改善监督产品控制计划、检验规范和产品审核规范的实施情况跟踪客户处零公里抱怨，组织相关人员制定纠正预防措施，并进行跟踪验证。制定质量质量检验文件，对相关人员和QC岗位培训和考核协助质量体系及过程审核并跟踪改进措施。参与质量和HSE管理体系的改进中遵循公司安全和环境规定其他主管安排的合理工作内容任职资格： 1. 韩语熟练，英语亦能作为工作语言(CET-4) 2. 汽配行业背景，3-5年客户质量经验 3. 精通质量工具：8D,APQP, SPC, MSA, FMEA ,PPAP 4. 可接受每月1-2次的韩国出差频次 Collect and statist the quality information from production line, analysis the NG parts then define the continuous improvement plan by weekly Responsible for the daily product quality management of the production line, deal with the process problems related to product quality in time, analyze the produce causes of NG products, and coordinate with all departments. Follow the product and process audit, collect the audit issues and promote the action plan Follow and checking the implementation of product control plan, inspection specification and product audit specification Follow the 0 Km claim from customer side, organize other department to analysis and define the root cause and CMR then validate the feasibility of CMR Define the quality checking document , organize the training for other department and QC Assist quality system audit, process audit and follow up action plan. Participates in the improvement of the Quality and HSE Management Systems; Respect the safety and environmental rules of the company. Other ad hoc jobs assigned by superior. Qualifications: 1. Fluent Korean, workable English(CET-4) 2. Automotive Industrial with 3-5 years' CQE Experience 3. Know well for quality tools : 8D , ANPQP, SPC, MSA, FMEA ,PPAP 4. pleasant with business trip to Korea 1-2 times per month
